Gravity Theory Cider

Gravity Theory is 4.5% medium-dry full juice cider made with 100% single estate freshly pressed apples. Using Michelin, Dabinet & Harry Masters apple varieties. A lovely golden colour, a hint of sharpness which is immediately balanced with a touch of sweetness. Slightly dry, with moderate to high complexity (vg).
