Still non-alcoholic white made with Airen Blanco from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, the wine is gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create their wonderful effervescence. Crisp, clean and perfectly balanced, Piquant has a hint of minerality and citrus notes (vg).
