The Legend of Lindsey Anderson

This is a big, bold West Coast IPA which is inspired by the old school Westy IPA’s from across the pond. Lindsey has a deep golden shade with a light haze paired with aromas of light toffee and pepper, piney wood sap and lemon zest. Expect tastes of freshly baked bread with a clean but assertive grassy bitterness that slowly builds (vg).
