Rosette

ROSETTE | SOUR AGED ON PLUMS, REDCURRANTS AND GRAPE SKINS

Rosette has a light, fruity red wine character, having been aged on plums, redcurrants, Pinot Noir skins, and second-use cranberries and hibiscus. It has a floral tone, with saturated flavours of stewed orchard fruits and spicier notes from the yeast culture used. Tart and bright, with pleasing tannins and a beautiful shade of red.
