This 100% Pinot Noir was made using clones selected for their small berries to ensure maximum flavour concentration, followed by fermentation on skins for 10 days before barrel ageing. Bright and lifted on the palate, with layers of red fruit and a gentle thread of spice. Light-bodied with soft tannins and a smooth, flowing finish (vg).
