From Valencia region of Spain made from 75% Macabeo & 25% Parellado grapes and this is a dry, elegant cava with a pale yellow colour with golden edges, fine, uniform bubbles, citrus and green fruit flavours abound with green apples and pears & a slight hint of green tea and fresh hay.
