A fresh, pleasant, and crisp sparkling wine. Expressive on the nose, filled with aromas of pear; green apple; apricot; forest and subtle aniseed notes. On the palate, it has a gentle effervescence and a good acidity. It evokes flavours of lemon and honey candy with balsamic hints.
All the grapes come from the foothills of Montserrat, in the municipality of Masquefa.
