Collaboration with Donzoko.

Helles lager brewed using a traditional German stepped mash and a decoction mash to extract maximum flavour from our malts, expect beautifully complex notes of lightly caramelised breadcrust. For a distinctly non-traditional twist, we used 25% buckwheat for its unique, nutty flavour (vg).
