ATMA White by Apostolos Thymiopoulos has a medium lemon colour and delicate aromas of bergamot, lemon, peach, white rose, apricot and jasmine. In the mouth it has medium body and discreet acidity. Juicy stone fruits and citrus fruits are mixed with notes of white flowers and tomato leaves.
Xinomavro, the leading Greek variety and the pride of Naoussa was vinified with the blanc de noir method and then it was blended with Malagouzia. Definitely not your everyday blend.
