New Arrivals This Week

From Fidens Brewing (Albany, USA):

Fidens is a name that needs little introduction in the world of modern IPAs, and this week’s releases reaffirm why.

  • Blueprint – 7.5% NEIPA – A beautifully balanced New England IPA brewed with Rakau, Citra, and Motueka. Expect waves of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a soft, pillowy body.

  • Evolution – 5.2% NEIPA – Brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops, this beer pays homage to the evolution of the Fidens brewery while delivering a bright, aromatic hop profile.

From Lost and Grounded Brewers (Bristol):

  • Amplify Your Sound – 5.2% Black Lager – A dark and roasty take on the classic lager style, with deep malt character and a crisp, clean finish.

From Beak Brewery (Lewes):

Beak continues to push boundaries with their latest releases in the Fields series.

  • Fields #1 – 5% DDH Pale – Showcasing a single lot of Citra, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect a juicy, citrus-forward profile with a resinous backbone.

  • Fields #2 – 6.5% DDH Pale – A single lot of Mosaic with a touch of new season Idaho 7, bringing tropical, piney notes with a hint of dankness.

From Burning Sky (Firle):

A few favourites return alongside something new.

  • Dreams Are Free & Embrace – These two disappeared fast last time, and for good reason. If you missed them, now’s your chance.

  • Easy Answers – 6% IPA – Brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook, this IPA is clean, well-bodied, and lightly bitter, striking a perfect balance between modern juiciness and old-school drinkability.

From Howling Hops (London):

  • Single Hop #8 – 4.8% Pale – This edition of the Single Hop series is all about Strata, a hop that brings an enticing mix of fruitiness and funky dankness.

  • NEIPA #6 – 5.9% IPA – Brewed with Vista, Simcoe, and Sabro, expect stone fruit, resinous pine, and a smooth coconut finish.

From Gravity Well Brewing (London):

  • Comparing Infinities – 6.5% NEIPA – A rich, juicy brew loaded with Mosaic, Motueka, and Strata.

  • Shroud – 4.7% Pale – A must-try for sci-fi lovers, brewed in collaboration with author Adrian Tchaikovsky. This soft, fragrant pale ale is made with a US/NZ hop combination of Citra and Superdelic, bringing bright citrus and tropical notes.

From Pomona Island Brew (Liverpool):

  • I Wish I Could Shimmy Like My Sister – 6.3% IPA – A bold and vibrant IPA featuring Cryo Nectaron, Cryo Mosaic, Citra, and Ekuanot.

  • Tower of Spite – 6.2% DDH IPA – Brewed with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, and Idaho 7, this double dry-hopped IPA is packed with bold tropical flavours and a smooth mouthfeel.

For those looking for something a little different, Pomona Island also brings:

  • O’Hanraha-Hanrahan – 5.5% Blackcurrant Gose – A tart and fruity gose brewed with Halen Môn sea salt for balance.

  • My Nan’s Gonna Love Her Circular Saw – 6.3% Salted Chocolate & Rosemary Stout – A rich, decadent stout with layers of chocolate, sea salt, and herbal rosemary complexity.

From Holy Goat Brewing (Dundee):

  • Date Porter – 5.8% – Brewed with 150kg of date syrup and fermented with kveik yeast, this porter is packed with dark fruit flavours, rich malt character, and subtle yeast-driven complexity.
